Kim comes to us with 30+ years as a certified group fitness instructor and 40+ years as a competitive athlete. She’s a retired science educator and utilizes her training as a human anatomy & physiology instructor while preparing for and teaching her classes. Her interests include hardcore workouts: Bootcamp, H.I.I.T w/Tabata, and Cycling. Kim's a proponent of Tabata-style training and is a certified Tabata BootCamp instructor. She always looks forward to "helping you help you!"
